Celebrating Thanksgiving and Our Baby Girl's 2nd Birthday:)

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We certainly have a lot to be thankful for. We are especially thankful for our most precious baby girl and our incredible family, both of which we celebrated this past weekend.

On Thursday, we drove to Richmond to Meme and Granddad's house, who were kind enough to host Thanksgiving this year. Nana and G-dad also came, which was sooo nice to have all of the grandparents in one house:-) Not to mention...one fantastic great grandmother (aka Nanny) there! The rest of the incredible crew included Auntie Anna, Uncle Kyle, Uncle Jay, Auntie Susan and Uncle Joby and Maya...Anna and Kyle's sweet doggie:-)
The house was beautifully decorated, the food was yummy and, most importantly, the company was wonderful. It was so nice to spend time together as a family. Abigail had such a great time. She was well entertained!!
So cute!!

After a delicious dinner, we celebrated our sweet little girl's birthday with some cake and ice cream, followed by some presents. Abigail LOVES ice cream, so she was most excited! She is also becoming quite the little present opener so it was lots of fun to watch her eyes light up when she opened her gifts. Thank you so much everyone for such sweet and thoughtful gifts!!!
"Happy Birthday to Abigail!!!"

The next day was Abigail's official birthday. YAY!!! Our big girl!!! We love asking Abigail how old she is....she'll say 2 in the cutest little voice ever!

We spent the night at Nana's and G-dad's the night before, so when Abigail woke up, Nana and G-dad gave her a present to open. It was this adorable Rudolph stuffed animal that dances...so cute!

She's dancing with Rudolph. Love it!

After a delicious breakfast, we headed out to the Children's Museum. This was the first time we had been there and it was SO much fun! Perfect activity for little kiddos! Abigail was crying hysterically when we were leaving if that tells you anything about how much fun she had:/
                                           Silly face!                                    Laughing with daddy:-)

Daddy is so funny!!!  Grocery shopping: Abigail LOVED the strawberries. Just like her buddy Max in her favorite book!
Checking out with Mommy and Daddy!
Awwwwww....such a big girl!

Later Abigail opened the rest of her gifts and then had some more cake and ice cream. Colin and I are pretty convinced that Abigail is now going to think she gets cake and ice cream after every dinner!

G-dad was the official opener!
