Christmas Eve!!!

Every Christmas Eve, we have the annual Cassada get together...my aunts, uncles, cousins....it was SO fun!!! We rotate houses every year and this year it was hosted by Pat and Courtney. They did an INCREDIBLE job!! Their house was gorgeous and there was LOTS of yummy food!

One of the main reasons we love the holidays so much is because we get to spend so much time with family. Even though we all live relatively close, we don't get to see each other as often as we would like. It was so nice to be able to chat and catch up on what everyone has been up to.

 Colin and I kept reminiscing about how different this year has been compared to last year. For one, Colin, Abigail and I are getting some sleep. Hallelujah!!! And two, Abigail is a lot more independent. Last year, we pretty much had to follow her around, hoping that she wouldn't break anything. She wasn't really interacting with her cousins a whole lot. This year, Abigail pretty much hung out with the kiddos the whole time. We would check in with her every now and then, but other than that she was playing like a big girl! With 6 cousins, we'd say she was well entertained! Did I mention that we are all sleeping at night?!? Just wanted to make sure:-)

We had SUCH a great time on Christmas Eve! The holidays are always so much fun, but they go by way too fast. Thank you so much for having us, Pat and Courtney!! You all way out did yourselves!!
