Let The Holiday Season Begin!!

I LOVE the holidays. Everything about it. The true meaning, the smells, the decorations, the lights, the spirit, the traditions....I could go on and on. One of the fun traditions that we were excited about doing with Abigail is making a gingerbread house. Nana was kind enough to get us one to put together. Thanks Nana!!

It's not the easiest thing in the world to do with a two year old, but it is lots fun if you don't mind a mess! Abigail had a blast. Of course she ate about half of the candy, but hey...that's part of the experience:-) Abigail looks at (and talks) about the gingerbread every day. She has the best memory so hopefully this is a memory she'll cherish. If so, it will make a floor covered in sugar all worth it:-)

     We only have a couple of pictures. We were covered in frosting! Not so conducive to taking pictures:-)
