Snow Day!

Our first official snow day!!! Daddy got to stay home and everything! Wahoo! We love it when Daddy is home! What do you start every snow day off with??? That's right....chocolate....advent calendar that is. Every child needs a chocolate advent calendar don't you think?!? Mommy had these grand ideas of helping Abigail to open the calendar and then Mommy gets to eat the piece of chocolate...not so much. Abigail is just like her mother and LOVES chocolate. She'll steal the piece right out of there and shovel it in her mouth before you even know what happened.

Opening the advent calendar is very serious business!
In honor of our snow day, we decided we needed some more chocolate for breakfast. I'm not sure if many of you know this or not, but Colin has a secret talent...he makes the BEST chocolate chip pancakes! He puts a TON of chocolate chips in it! Only way to eat them:) The day was getting off to a GREAT start!
Abigail and her mommy are having some chocolate chips for an appetizer:-)
After our big breakfast, we decided to take Abadabs out to play in the snow. After spending what seemed like 8 hours getting her all bundled up, we headed out.

Our little snow bear:-)

Check out her adorable little snow man
Hanging with her wonderful Daddy

Abigail is trying to pick up one of the leaves with her mitten. Girl still loves her some leaves!
Playing with Mommy:)
After we had lots of fun playing, Abigail was starting to get cold so we headed back inside while Daddy shoveled the driveway. Thank you, Daddy!!!
Abigail LOVES clothes. It's her latest obsession. She loves to find clothes and carry them EVERYWHERE! Right now she has a pair of Mommy's pants

Yep..still has the pants
Gotta watch Daddy shovel the driveway. While carrying my pants, of course:)

"Oh look! More clothes for me!"
Do you see how excited she is?!?

Her goal is to grab as many clothes as possible

Awwww...she love clothes! Must say....she takes after her mommy on that one:)
I think we're ready for another snow day:-)
