Fajita Night!

It's no secret Colin is a huge fan of anything Mexican food related. We typically have at least one Mexican dish a week. One of our favorites is fajita night, with homemade tortillas. Courtney made them for us many a Christmas' ago and we fell in love. It took a white to get them just right, but we have finally perfected them. If you've never had a homemade tortilla...they are incredible! Nothing like the packaged ones. Once you've had the homemade version, it is so hard to go back!

Now we even have an extra set of helping hands. Well...we say "helping", but all you parents out there know what "helping" in the kitchen means! Abigail was in charge of the flour. She even helped to roll out a few. We had flour EVERYWHERE, but it was so worth it. We had a blast and they were delicious!!
