Happy Belated 17 Months, Little Love!!!

The day after we returned home from the hospital, Abigail turned 17 months. It was a very special celebration for us. We celebrated another month/milestone in Abigail's life AND a successful heart surgery and recovery.

This month was consumed with Abigail's surgery so this post will be brief, but at least we can update her stats. At 17 months, Abigail weighs 20lbs, is in 9 month clothes and is in size 3 diapers. We think these numbers are going to double at her next wellness check because since surgery this girl has become an eating machine! This month we learned that Abigail is the strongest, bravest little girl ever!!! Her determination and love of life is overwhelming. Colin and I are SO proud to be called Mommy and Daddy by this little girl:-)

 Apparently Abigail needed a stiff drink when we returned home from the hospital too!!! This girl knows                                                                            how to party!!!
