Every year, Colin, Abigail and I go to the lake to see Nana and G-dad the weekend closest to the 4th of July to celebrate. It has been a tradition ever since Colin and I have been together. Nana and G-dad's neighborhood puts on a super fun picnic and Meme, Granddad, Uncle Jay, Auntie Anna and Uncle Kyle join us. It is something that we look forward to every year. We had gorgeous weather! I don't think we could have asked for anything better! Perfectly sunny, low 80's, no humidity....just beautiful! We love spending time with everyone and hanging out by the water. Abigail has become quite the little water baby so this year we spent a lot of time IN the water!

Nana and G-dad bought Abigail her first Cabbage Patch doll. To say Abigail is obsessed is an understatement. She loves taking care of her new baby:-)

We always hate to leave the lake, so we decided to make it an extra long weekend and we left on Monday instead of Sunday. Yay! It was so relaxing! We lounged by the lake, ate lots and lots of yummy food, stayed up late talking and listening to music outside (maybe even too late!)....it was wonderful!
Abigail loves the water so much! She even likes to float on her back! Such a big girl!
