Merry Christmas!

 We had a lovely, relaxing Christmas at home. Nan and Geed came over for breakfast and presents. We all had a blast!

Visit With Santa!

 We got to see Santa again this year!! Yay!! We missed him last year! He was so good with them. He really took his time and talked to the kiddos. Such a fun experience!

Date with my baby girl

 Abigail and I went on a mommy/daughter date as part of her birthday gift. It was so fun!! We went to Tysons to pick out some earrings from Claire's for her. Then we went to Ted's Bulletin in Mosaic followed by dessert at Expo Pastry. We love our desserts! The cake was so so, but the company was amazing. We had such a nice time together. Love spending time with my baby girl💓

Most Handsome Boys Ever!

We stayed in our 3rd Airbnb for the past 2 weeks😂 This time, we were near Fairfax Hospital, which is close to our favorite restaurant, Sweetwater! What a coincidence! Abigail and I sat across from these two handsome fellows😍

....until it deflated😂We were staying in our 2nd airbnb. This one was in Alexandria. It only had 2 bedrooms and Nana and Geed were staying with us, so Colin, Abigail, Colby and I had to share 1 room. It was a tight squeeze! I think it's safe to say, we're happy to be back in our beds!!

Our Baby is 9!!!

 Our baby is 9!!! Last year in the single digits😭 Abigail is such a sweet, fun, loving girl. We just adore her to pieces! She is the most amazing daughter and sister. We had so much fun celebrating her. She wanted to have an ice skating party. Because Covid is still a "thing," we wanted it to be small, but it was still super fun! Abigail wanted a lemon bunt cake for her birthday party and my chocolate ganache cake for her actual birthday. They were both delicious!! Happy 9th birthday, sweet girl!!

Fall Break

 We are getting our floors refinished so we stayed in an Airbnb in Reston, right in the heart of Reston Town Center. It was amazing!! It was such a beautiful building and perfect location. We had such a fun time! We went out to eat, went ice skating, walked around...it was great! We had Thanksgiving with Anna, Jason, Rebecca and Benjamin. We had the best time! It was so relaxing and delicious!! It was such a fun fall break! 

Happy Halloween!!

 We had such a fun Halloween this year! We went over to a friend's house for a party and then went trick-or-treating with our friends. We all had a blast! We stayed up entirely too late and ate entirely too much candy. A sign of an amazing night😉

Braces For Our Big Girl!!

Someone got braces😍 She looks so adorable! Lots of tears the first day (mainly because of the soreness and sadness over food she can't eat...mama's daughter lol), but she's all smiles now. :-)
