Happy 7th Birthday, Sweet Girl!!!

Our sweet girl is 7!!!! That sounds so grown up😢 She really is though. Well, she acts like it.....most of the time😉It's so fun to have adult-like conversations with her and to do adult-like things. One of her favorite things to do is to get her nails done. She's a total girlie girl!! You should see her during the pedicure....she is totally sprawled out, relaxing!! It's one of our favorite things to do during our mommy/daughter dates.

Abigail is a very sweet and thoughtful girl. She loves to snuggle, which we absolutely love. Thankfully, she's not embarrassed by us (yet???) and wants us to come to see her at school as often as possible. Speaking of school....Abigail loves school! She never wants to miss a day (for now😏). Abigail loves to learn and is a complete sponge of knowledge. Abigail's favorites are reading and art.  She absolutely loves Junie Bee Jones books and anything to do with art.

Abigail loves to dance and do gymnastics. We're hoping to try another sport with her in the spring....maybe soccer or softball.

Abigail loves her little brother so much. They play so well together....most....well some of the time! They both have a great imagination and love inventing new games to play together.

Abigail still has the biggest sweet tooth like her mother. Abigail is very interested in learning how to bake so hopefully she can bake her favorite mama something delicious!!!

Abigail, we love you more than anything in the whole wide world!! We hope you have the best 7th birthday ever!!! Happy Birthday, sweet baby girl!!!

Pumpkin Patch Fun

We went to a super fun pumpkin patch with Nan and Geed. Abigail has been going here since she was young. Colby was too young to remember the last time we went, so everything seemed new to him! It's one of our favorites! They keep adding to it every year, which makes it extra fun!

Check-Up

Colin and I remember the days when we would absolutely dread going to the cardiologist. Some for obvious reasons, but also because it was AWUL!!!! Abigail had the hardest time. The echocardiogram was the worst. She would just scream and scream. Mind you, they need the kids to be still for 30-45 minutes. Colin and I would come out of there drenched in sweat😰

Now it's a piece of cake! The kids love going there because it means snacks. Lots and lots of yummy snacks!! They basically get to watch a movie and eat haha. And we absolutely love our cardiologist. He's been with us since the beginning. So very thankful for healthy kiddos.💕

Big Boy Bed!!

We moved Colby to a big boy bed!!! Wahoo!! Technically it was at the beginning of summer, but I'm just a little late in posting😏 We had been delaying and delaying!  Abigail had such a rough time so we were dreading it! We were going to the beach and we were hoping Abigail and Colby could share a room so we decided to give it a try. And he did great!! He loves his big boy bed and he stays in bed until his green light comes on at 7:30. For now.....🙏

Barber Shop

Colby gets a good haircut about 1 every 4 haircuts. Not sure why I keep taking him back there. Colin took matters into his own hands😂
