Special Treat!

We met Daddy for lunch on Friday! It's always so nice to be able to see him during the day on a week day! We went to Los Toltecos, Colin's most favorite restaurant. It was delicious and we had just the best time together!

My loves

That big white blob on Abigail's plate is sour cream. Abigail loves it! She'll eat it plain with a spoon, on a chip.....The girl cannot get enough of this stuff! We love sour cream and all, but on a spoon?!?

Daddy Is Home

We went for a walk as soon as Daddy came home on Sunday. It was gorgeous out! Abigail felt the need to put on her helmet:-)

We missed Daddy so so so much!! We are so happy to have him back home!

Pool Time!

Colin was at a Bachelor's Party all weekend so Nana and G-dad came to spend Saturday with Abigail and I. How nice! It was a gorgeous day out so we headed to the pool. We had a blast! We're trying to get in as much time at the pool as possible before it closes!

 We missed Daddy like crazy, but we had such a fun day! Thanks for coming to visit with us, Nana and G-dad!!!

Exciting News!!!

Colin, Abigail and I could not be happier!!! We are so excited to meet our sweet, little addition:-)

How was your day, Daddy?

I love coming home from work. Most days, I am greeted by smiles, hugs and kisses from Stephanie and Abigail as soon as I walk in the door. Almost without fail, Abigail will ask me in her cute little voice "How was your day, Daddy?" I guess she heard Stephanie ask me and has decided to adopt it as her own.

I usually tell Abigail that my day was fine, or something similar. However, I always think of two things:
1. No matter how bad my day was up to that point, the fact that I get to come home to my two girls means it is a pretty great day; and
2. No matter how great my day was at work, my day would have been better if I had spent it with Stephanie and Abigail.

I love you both so much!

Fun With Cousins

My parents were watching most of our nieces and nephews for the weekend so we all met up for some fun at Burke Lake! All of the kids had a blast!!

Lunch With Family

Another fun lunch with my extended family at the delicious Cheesecake Factory! Yum! Always great to spend time with my aunts and cousin, whom we don't see nearly enough. And we, of course, loved seeing Nana and G-dad too!

Girls Lunch

Fun lunch with Ali and Michelle!! Abigail even sits in the booth with us! Where did our high chair days go?!? She is growing up way too fast!!

Happy Girl Regardless

This is Abigail with a fever and the stomach bug. A little bit subdued but still every bit of a sweetheart.

 She still had a fever on Friday, so we took her to the doctor. While her fever and stomach bug went away, we apparently walked out of the doctors office with a little parting gift: a cold. The whole Harris clan is sick, with sadly Abigail being the worst . Pitiful bunch over here. Well, not so much Abigail. She's still full of energy, of course!!
