Happy 14 Months, Little Love!!!

Our little one is 14 months!!! Yay! Such a big girl! The three of us were in Ross the other weekend and a woman said "Is she 14 months yet?" What a random age to guess!!! She said it was because of how steady Abigail was walking, etc....apparently this woman knew what she was talking about!
Love that smile:)
At 14 months, we are not sure exactly what Abigail weighs because we don't have her wellness check up until next month....maybe 18.5-19 lbs??? Whatever she weighs, she is starting to feel heavy! It's getting more and more difficult to carry her around. Abigail often wants to be carried around while you perform whatever task you need to (ie cooking dinner, cleaning, etc.). Our little helper:-) You definitely get the added bonus of an arm workout while you do your chores!
Abigail is wearing size 6 month clothes and size 2-3 diapers depending on the brand. The 6 month clothes are a bit short, but the 9 month clothes are a bit long and seems to be a big tripping hazard. 6 month clothes for now it is.
As you notice, she always likes to have at least one item of clothing near by. Our little fashionista:)

"Cheese!"
Abigail still LOVES clothes! She also has a fondness for blinds and. cleaning..bizarre yes. Colin and I figure that when Abigail grows up, she's either going to be a fashion designer, a blinds salesman or a cleaning lady. So proud:-)
"Look at me!"

Abigail has her own sense of style. She likes to put on her jammies over top of her clothes. We tie them up in the back so she doesn't trip on them. She's a hoot!
Abigail is still as active as ever. She likes to be on the move. She loves playing in her playroom, especially on the couch. Abigail could hang out there for hours just walking back and forth, jumping up and down and dangling herself off the couch. She still loves anything wild and dangerous. Watch out now!
Being silly:)

Abigail babbles a lot, which is so adorable! She isn't really saying a whole lot, but she is learning some signs. She signs milk consistently and we are trying to work on more, eat, cookie and cracker. Mostly, she'll just go grab the item she wants out of the pantry and bring it to you. This month, she has been obsessed with Teddy Grahams, Veggie Sticks, and raisins from the trail mix bag. Other favorites, but harder to get to herself, are cheese (all time favorite), eggs with cheese, grapefruit, grapes, pears, grilled cheese, puffs, goldfish...hmmm...I'm sure there are others. She just tried spaghetti squash the other night and she loved it! Abigail drinks about half breastmilk (frozen) and half whole milk. I am happy to report that I have officially stopped pumping as of about a week ago. Halleluiah!!!
Abigail is sleeping pretty well. She sleeps through the nights most nights (about 10.5 hours), with the occasional hiccup here and there. Naps have been a little bit rougher and getting her down has been a bit of a struggle. Hopefully this doesn't mean we're getting close to going down to only one nap a day. Eeeekkkk!!!!
Love these pictures! The three of us were having a blast playing upstairs in Abigail's room. Sorry they are a little bit fussy...they are from Colin's phone.
Such a happy little girl:)
Sitting in the chair like a big girl! How cute are these pajamas?!? Aren't they perfect?!? Thank you Auntie Anna and Uncle Kyle!
Abigail is the sweetest little girl ever. She comes up to us a lot just to give us a hug. Awwww!!! Makes us melt every time. She is just so silly and keeps us laughing and smiling all the time. You are just so precious to us, baby girl. We love you so so so much!!!! Happy 14 Months, Little Love!!!

Gotta Start Them While They're Young

Abigail has a love of all things cleaning: vacuum, dust busting, sweeping, mopping....you name it. If she is in the other room and hears the vacuum start up, she comes running. Abigail will just sit there transfixed, mesmerized by the vacuum or dust buster. She'll even follow you from room to room while you clean. Cutest supervisor we've ever had:-)
She looks so tiny in this picture!!! Love her face!!!

Silly Girl

Last week, Abigail was wearing this outfit adorable outfit. It has a little shirt underneath that says "Daddy Loves Me." So cute! Now we all know that Abigail has quite the large noggin...well....I didn't really think so until I tried to put the hood up....
I was laughing so hard! So of course, she knows she's being funny so she really starts hamming it up. It was hysterical!

Snow Day!!!

It snowed a bunch over here so Daddy got to stay home from work. Yay!!! We love snow days!!! Took us about 15 minutes to get Abigail ready to go out in the snow and she lasted about 2. Good times:-) Abigail loves the outdoors, but not so much when she has to be bundled up. As soon as you put her snow suit on her, she forgets how to walk or move which, in our case, means one unhappy baby:( At least we got a few cute pictures before the tears started to fall:-)

Visit With Nana and G-dad

Colin, Abigail and I headed down to the lake to celebrate my birthday and spend a long weekend with Nana and G-dad. We had SO much fun! It was so nice and relaxing. This was the first time at the lake with Abigail walking, which you would think would make it so much more difficult what with her getting into everything and all, but it wasn't! It was perfect! Yes...Abigail did manage to touch every little thing in their house....but they had done a lot of baby proofing before hand so it made it nice and easy for us. She just wondered and wondered as happy as could be exploring some place new and different.
Hanging out with G-dad and Nana
Abigail has been doing this with her hands....putting them behind her back and then walking....so proper and simply adorable!!!

Can you see her hands?!? She looks so innocent. She is patiently awaiting some M&Ms:)
Getting some M&Ms from G-dad. Yum!

Always love hugs from Nana:)
Playing with Daddy and Mommy. Abigail still LOVES to be naked baby:)

Reading with Nana:)
On Sunday, Nana and G-dad took us out for a DELICIOUS brunch. Yum yum! This place is very fancy and Abigail was on her best behavior. Such a big girl:)
Mmmmm!
Silly girl:)

Sampling the ice cream:)

Funny little girl!

Love that laugh!
So sweet!
She was being so silly with G-dad. Every time he looked at her, she started laughing and making a silly face. So cute!
As always, Nana and G-dad went above and beyond to make my birthday and our weekend very special. We had such a great time! Thank you so much, Nana and G-dad!!!
