Oh my goodness...this is the last monthly post before our little girl is a 1 year old!!! That just seems weird to us. We still think of her as this little baby, even though she is so grown up in so many ways. We guess it's because she's still a little peanut. So petite and SO sweet:)

At 11 months, Abigail weighs around 16lbs...not sure exactly because she doesn't have her wellness check up she's a year...but she did get weighed when we went in to see the doctor when she was sick and she was 16lbs 4 oz. We're guessing her weight might have dropped a little because she BARELY ate when she was sick:( Luckily, our hungry baby is back in full effect! Yay!
Abigail is still in 6 month clothes and size 1-2 diapers. I think we're trying to set a record to see how long we can stay in the same size clothes and diapers! She's definitely growing a bunch, but it seems as though she is just growing taller and the rest of her is staying the same. I ordered her birthday outfit (it is ADORABLE!) and they had to custom make it for her because she is so small! Side note...I LOVE Etsy! If you haven't ever tried it, you should!

The biggest change of this month is Abigail is crawling!!!! Yay! She is quite the little mover. Don't leave her somewhere for too long or you'll be surprised where she ends up when you get back. I made the mistake of going to the bathroom and not putting her in the pack n play....when I returned, she had crawled over to a candle on the floor, took off the top, and proceeded to dig orange wax out of it and spread it ALL over herself, her new outfit, her hair, the floor...you name it. Mind you, I was only gone a minute. Even after Abigail was well cleaned, she was still "Spiced Pumpkin" fresh all day:) Let's just say lesson learned....

Abigail LOVES to walk! She will pull up on you, grab onto your hands and walk EVERYWHERE! Hopefully you have a good back because she will put it to the test. Her daddy does not and she is challenging him every day! Abigail will direct you exactly where she wants to go. She remembers where EVERYTHING in the house is, so don't feel as though you can hide or remove something that you do not want her to play with...she knows and will certainly let YOU know about it!!! Abigail is also getting good at traveling while holding onto objects (the ottoman, table, etc), but she's still a little timid about walking holding onto only one hand.
Abigail is obsessed with her sister, Mia. She follows her everywhere! If Abigail is crying, it is sister Mia to the rescue. Once she lays eyes on her kitty, the tears magically stop. Mia doesn't quite have the same fondness for Abigail just yet, but she will one day:) We had to remove Mia's collar because Abigail couldn't keep her hands off of Mia's bling:) We thought she was going to choke the poor kitty just to get to her jewelry!

Abigail loves to be outside! She especially loves all of the leaves! She could play out there for hours just sitting and crinkling all of the leaves. Abigail does like to eat them, so you have to be careful. And she LOVES to swing! Luckily we have a park near by where she can swing and watch all of the kiddos playing. We know she can't wait to join them.

| Chillin...playin with some leaves:) |
Abigail loves to read and play with her toys. She loves to just sit in your lap, while you read to her. It's one of our favorite parts of the day. It's just so sweet, especially because she is CONSTANTLY moving. It provides a little snuggle and rest time for us all:) Her favorite book to read is "Feeling Fabulous." Colin and I can recite it without looking. Pretty sad. She also still loves her Baby Einstein musical book, her princess book, Hello Kitty, Minnie Mouse, Animal Noises...just to name a few.

Abigail now how 4 teeth...two top, two bottom. Big girl! She uses them to eat ALL of her yummy food! Abigail still has her favorites...bananas, greek yogurt, puff, graham crackers (honey graham crackers to be more precise), grilled cheese, and some of my personal favorites....peanut butter and ice cream:) Abigail is definitely like her mother and has quite the sweet tooth. Abigail tried pizza for the first time this month and she liked it a lot. She made quite the mess....pizza sauce in the hair, pizza sauce EVERYWHERE! Abigail enjoys sharing her food with you. She'll put her fist out with a variety of yummy goodies from her tray and expects you to eat it. You haven't lived until you've tried smooched grilled cheese mixed with banana puffs:) Mmmmmm!

Abigail was sick for the first time this month. First she had a cold one week and then the next week she had an upper respiratory infection and high fever the next. Poor little girl! What a month:( It made for some long days and nights, but she is finally feeling and eating better. Abigail's sleeping habits have had its ups and downs. She slept through the night 3 nights in a row and then, unfortunately got sick so we went from glorious sleep to no sleep. Now we're back to somewhere in between. Her night time sleep has improved, but her naps have taken a turn for the worst.Well...I guess her night time sleep has improved a LITTLE...the past couple of nights have been L.O.N.G!!!! You would think with all of this moving around that she would be exhausted....I know we are!
Abigail is such a joy to be around. We just love her little personality. She is hilarious and she knows it! Abigail makes us laugh constantly. If she does something funny and we laugh, she'll do it over and over again just to see us smile. No one can brighten our day like Abigail does and no one can make us smile like Abigail does. She is just the sweetest....and the cutest...the most fun....the most precious....no biased opinion here:)
Happy 11 month, sweet baby girl! We love you SOOOO very much, little love! xoxo
